The purpose of this non-profit is to operate for charitable and educational purposes providing programs for the improvement of academics, cultural, social and economic attainment for residents in impoverished communities.
The vehicles to be used consist of but are not limited to the following:
a. Alternative and Mainstream Educational Programs
b. After School Learning Center Programs
c. In-house developmental programs
The program will incorporate:
a. Saturday Mentoring and Counseling Programs
b. Basic Life and Living Skills Training
c. Dental and Medical Assistance through Social Service Agencies.
d. Community Partnerships & Collaborations
e. Community Service over 60 hours per year
This Program is designed to operate after-school and span Saturdays but is not limited to only these hours and days.
PBMA Mentoring Program: Teaches, guides and directs others as a means of sharing and enhancing developmental growth. We impact achievement and promote success by giving back to our community in time of need. This mentoring program allows individuals to come together to discuss a variety of subjects that develop character, teach value and build self-esteem. Our Mentors are experienced men who know how to deal with situations in a successful manner. It is leadership at its best! WHY? Because we have lived it.
